To deliver solutions, OpticWise begins with designing both wired and wireless digital infrastructure. When it comes to wireless infrastructure, it provides a professionally designed and maintained radio frequency mesh network that is secure and private. This network covers the entire building, including specified outdoor and common areas. After clients decide the level of network resilience they need, OpticWise delivers and maintains the infrastructure. It conducts regular assessments for performance and reliability and continuously provides additional enhancements to the infrastructure to help clients better monetize their assets in the future.

In one instance, OpticWise engaged with a client who owned a 300,000-square-foot office building and looked to upgrade their video security platform. It helped the client select an IT-based system and connect it to their existing SIC ^® digital infrastructure. This helped the client save over $150,000 on installation and about $1000 a month on operation. OpticWise did not charge any additional fees for this service as the system was owned by the client. Operating the network for them under a tight service-level agreement, it allowed the client to access videos from any location on their property.
